Our operation allows us to have a small team of 3-4 people providing you with a safe environment where your food will be prepared and cooked. Food trucks are usually held to a higher standard of cleanliness than restaurants, however, we take this even farther in order to keep you and our team members safe. We wear clean gloves and masks while preparing and serving, and we take extra care and caution when sanitizing our prep stations and utensils. Our team is Food Handlers certified. 

Our food deliveries are delivered by GFS where they have daily screening measures with drivers and packers. Check out what we are serving up through our website or social media!
